Return of Goods Policy: Goods can be returned for a full refund including
delivery charges if they are faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched within
21 days after receipt of goods. If the goods have been dispatched as ordered,
but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or
misleading, then they can be returned for a refund including delivery charge
within 21 days after the receipt of the goods. If the goods are returned for any
other reason the carriage charges will not be refunded and a restocking fee of
5% of the product cost will be charged and deducted from the cost of sale.
Please Note: Items must be unused, have their original packaging and labeling,
and be accompanied by the original delivery note, and Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA). Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights
as a consumer. The card used for the purchase of goods will be credited with the
original purchase amount less any delivery charge paid and restocking fee where
appropriate.
