Ordering: All orders can be placed online through the Website. All orders are subject to availability. Please do not e-mail your card details. Responsibility cannot be taken for the security of your details if given this way.

Out of Stock: If any item you have chosen is not available you will be contacted via your e-mail address. Out of stock goods marked To Follow on your delivery note will be forwarded automatically.

Payment Method: You can pay by most major credit and debit cards. We are not able to accept cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website. You must provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement.

No responsibility can be taken by 1st Class Clothes for incorrect, or incomplete, details submitted on the website. Orders without this information cannot be successfully processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.

Pricing Policy: All products on the 1st Class Clothes web site are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate local rate. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate.

Delivery: Goods will be delivered as stated in our delivery information section on the website. The maximum period of delivery would be within 21 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.

Return of Goods Policy: Goods can be returned for a full refund including delivery charges if they are faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched within 21 days after receipt of goods. If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a refund including delivery charge within 21 days after the receipt of the goods. If the goods are returned for any other reason the carriage charges will not be refunded and a restocking fee of 5% of the product cost will be charged and deducted from the cost of sale.

Please Note: Items must be unused, have their original packaging and labeling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note, and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase of goods will be credited with the original purchase amount less any delivery charge paid and restocking fee where appropriate.

Cancellation Policy: We aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations and subject to the provisions of our returns policy outlined above, every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Complaints: We deal with all complaints as effectively as possible within 7 days.
